Madinah can offer financial consulting services specifically to match client requirements. The specific services to be provided by Madinah would be defined in the initial client consultation. The financial consulting services offered by Madinah include the following generic services:
Project Finance: Clients can have a large or small financial investment into a specific project. If the client’s investment does not meet the entire project budget, then other sources of finance will be required to complete the budget. Madinah can assist and advise the client on such financial sources. The specific services necessary would be identified by Madinah and discussed with the client at a consultation meeting.
Structured Finance: The technical detail of financing a project is extremely varied and complex. The requirements will vary from client to client and from project to project. Madinah can assist and advise the client on structuring financial sources in the most effective and efficient way. The specific services necessary would be identified by Madinah and discussed with the client at a consultation meeting.
Partnering Agreements: One form of financial structure for a project is to have multiple stakeholders (see Stakeholders Management) sharing in a project. This form of financial structure shares the risk between the stakeholders and can add complimentary skills and expertise to a project. Madinah can assist and advise the client on such partnering agreements. The specific services necessary would be identified by Madinah and discussed with the client at a consultation meeting.
Project Valuations: From the initial inception of a project the proposed project will have a financial value. This value fluctuates as different stages are completed and the risks associated with stages are no longer active. Madinah can assist and advise the client on valuing a project and can provide valuations as required. The specific services necessary would be identified by Madinah and discussed with the client at a consultation meeting.
Project Acquisition & Disposal: Clients can ‘buy in’ to other peoples’ projects at any stage (see Real Estate section). Clients can also sell project developments at any stage. Madinah can assist and advise the client on such acquisitions and disposals, including providing project valuations (see Project Valuations) of the projected financial implications of acquisition or disposal. The specific services necessary would be identified by Madinah and discussed with the client at a consultation meeting.
Project Contracts & Tendering: Different types and sizes of projects require different contractual arrangements (see Contracts and Procurement Selection). Builders can also be requested to provide their bids based on alternative methods of pricing the required work. Madinah can assist and advise the client on such contractual and tendering requirements. The specific services necessary would be identified by Madinah and discussed with the client at a consultation meeting.
